Storage Instructions

Refrigerator (0–4°C)

  • Can be stored for 2–3 days for protein-based dishes (pork, chicken, fish).
  • Store immediately after receiving to preserve flavor and prevent microbial growth.
  • After 3 days, nutritional value and taste may decline, even if there is no spoilage odor.

Freezer (-18°C or below)

  • Can be stored for 2–3 months.

  • Best taste and quality are maintained within the first month.

  • Make sure the container is tightly sealed, or place in an extra zip-lock bag to prevent freezer burn and odor contamination.

Microwave Heating Instructions

(Container is microwave-safe)

Preparing the container

  • Take the container out from the refrigerator or freezer.
  • If frozen, leave it at room temperature for 15–30 minutes or use the Defrost function before heating.

Using the provided container

  • Our containers are heat-resistant and safe for microwave use.
  • Slightly open the lid to release steam and prevent food splatter.

Time and power settings

  • From refrigerator (0–4°C): Medium–High (600–800W) for about 1.5–2.5 minutes.
  • From freezer (-18°C): Use Defrost until thawed, then heat on Medium–High for 2–4 minutes.
  • Stir or gently shake the container every 1 minute for even heating.

Check before eating

  • Ensure the food is hot throughout, especially proteins (≥74°C).
  • If not fully heated, add 30 seconds at a time.

Serve immediately

  • Eat immediately after heating for the best taste and nutrition.
