Ordering & Delivery Policy

To ensure smooth and standardized service,
we kindly ask customers to follow the terms outlined below.

Notification of postponement/cancellation
of food delivery

You must notify us at least one day in advance, before 9:00 AM.

If you notify us late, your food will be delivered on the original schedule and a new delivery fee may apply (based on Lalamove)

Delivery and Unable to Contact

Staff will wait up to 15 minutes after the first call.

If unable to contact, the food will be returned for a 70 baht fee.

You can choose to pick up or have it delivered (additional delivery fee applies).

Delivery Time

The delivery will arrive at the member’s scheduled time, within 30 minutes. (Hidden menu)

Please turn on your phone and verify the number provided is correct.

Keep the course / Refund

Courses can be stored for up to 1 year.

50% refund of the value of unreceived food.
